ISMS certification

From time to time even we are being audited. Recently our quality and information security management systems (ISO 9001, AQAP and ISO 27001) has been controlled. For audit house such project is an important cultural challenge within organization. After all most of are employees are auditors and are used to the situation when they are performing audit – not somebody else. This provides unique opportunity to not also check management systems but also provides great training to all employees. Additionally for fresh auditors it provides experience of being on the other side of projects they doing on a daily basis. The opportunity and its full exploitation was only possible because all management systems has been designed and aligned properly within our organization. This shows clearly that one can generate a additional opportunities and advantages with properly implemented management systems.
